While this battery is equipped with built-in protection circuitry to help prevent
overcharging, over-discharging, and short circuits, improper handling or misuse
can still result in FIRE, EXPLOSION, or THERMAL RUNAWAY,
causing personal injury or property damage. Users must read and follow all safety

Intended Use: This battery is designed for use in flashlights,
headlamps, and similar devices that require a button top configuration. Ensure
compatibility with your device before purchase or use.
Protection Circuit Limitations: While the protection circuit provides
additional safety, it cannot prevent damage caused by misuse, including exposure to
liquids, extreme heat, or physical damage.
Storage & Transport: Always store batteries in protective cases to
prevent accidental contact with metal objects (e.g., keys, coins, tools) that can
cause a short circuit. Do not store loose batteries in pockets, bags, or other
uncontrolled environments.
Inspection: Do not use if the battery is dented, leaking, bulging,
or if the outer wrapper or button top is damaged.
Charging: Use a smart charger specifically designed for button top
protected batteries. Do not exceed the battery's voltage and current specifications.
Never leave the battery unattended while charging.
Prohibited Activities:
Do not expose the battery to water, fire, or high heat.
Do not modify, puncture, crush, or attempt to disassemble the battery.
Do not use the battery if it becomes unusually hot during use or charging.
Emergency Response: If a cell shows signs of thermal runaway (e.g., smoke, swelling, hissing, or heat), stop use immediately and, if it can be done safely, move it to a non-flammable surface (e.g., concrete or sand) away from combustible materials. Lithium-ion cells burn as Class B fires — use an ABC / dry-chemical fire extinguisher, or douse with large amounts of water to cool the cell and prevent the fire from spreading. Do not rely on a small spray; thorough cooling is required, and cells can reignite from residual heat, so monitor the area afterward. (Class D extinguishers are intended for lithium-metal batteries, not lithium-ion.) For any fire beyond a single small cell, evacuate and call emergency services.

Like or dislike a battery?! Come on...
I think these 18650 batteries are the best available to civilian consumers at this price point regarding capacity, performance, and material quality.
Internet search showed IMR had the best price at time of purchase.
I ordered two Samsung 35E 18650 3500mAh 8A protected button-top batteries from IMR Batteries, to replace some exhausted EagTac 18650s for an EagTac T25C2 flashlight. The Samsung batteries are a couple mm longer than my old EagTac batteries, which made me cautious the first time I closed up the flashlight, but I had no issues. The new batteries have worked fine for the flashlight these past three weeks.
I had a good experience with IMR Batteries: competitive prices, easy online order process, easy pick-up. They provided a basic plastic carrying case with the order (thank you!). Batteries fully charge to 4.2 V. I would order from IMR Batteries again.
Purchased 4 of these cells for the Nitecore TM39. Seem pretty good so far? IR on 3 of the 4 have measured between 100-almost 200 mOhms .Only one measures below 100. They’re wrapped well!

I have a sound machine that runs on these protected button cells. The unprotected button cells are not long enough and wonder why they did not make it with the protection board built in the sound machine. These batteries are hard to find and am glad I finally found a great site to buy my lithium batteries. Have great knowledge of these batteries and know how to use and handle these batteries. I recently ordered the Samsung 18650 rechargeable battery. I received it promptly in the mail. It was packaged well. The battery is very strong and it was fully charged in a good amount of time. I was quite satisfied with this product.
Works good, but needs better labeling. These batteries are being used like AA batteries, but have insufficient labeling. This is a problem shared by most of these types of batteries, some are better than others, but this one is mediocre with the labeling. Everything else about it is great. And I will buy more.
Purchased these after being hugely disappointed by some cheap batteries I purchased. I tested several and they were very close to the rated capacity. These are a very tight fit in one flashlight I have, but they are fine in all my others.

The batteries are performing as expected. I bought from IMR because they have a reputation for selling quality batteries, and chose Samsungs because they also have a good reputation. It's important to me that lithium-ion batteries are well-made.
Will buy again, no question! A consistently high performing battery in a semi-remote location. This battery has been trusted to perform throughout many charge cycles without danger of over or under charging, or electrical conditions that can lead to fire in the remote building.
I never received my batteries, they were shipped by ups but delivered by usps and I don’t know what happened or where but they never ended up in my mailbox like USPS said they did
I run a scuba diving charter we put these batteries in lights on our helmets. Each battery is needed to last on its highest output for a solid 90 minutes. So far your batteries has been up to the test. I can get pictures of our operation and the use of the light . So far we are impressed. Of course Tooth fairy charters is always looking for sponsorship to sport your batteries

The batteries you received are genuine Samsung SDI 35E cells. Due to updated manufacturer labeling and CCC regulations, Samsung now marks many cells with the minimum rated capacity rather than the nominal capacity. The Samsung SDI 35E remains a 3500mAh nominal capacity cell with a 3400mAh minimum rated capacity per the manufacturer's datasheet.
Samsung SDI also now uses "SDI" markings on many current production cells rather than printing the Samsung name.
We will be updating our product photos to better reflect the current manufacturer markings.

I don’t believe there’s anything wrong with your batteries, but they will not fit my equipment even though it says they do fit on the Internet. I would be more than glad to send them back to you. But you tell me that there’s no return policy at all because of this I will never do business with this company again.
I tried to help out individual businesses by not going to Amazon and making the rich richer, but I see that It is the best route to go.
It would be good if it stated in the description (without having to rely on specs) that these batteries are longer than the unprotected batteries. It would have made me look at the specs to determine they would not fit in my headlight. I realize that not looking at the specs was my fault, but I had assumed 18650 was a standard size like AA or AAA. It turns out that is the size of the cell which is meaningless for a consumer. After this incident, I have done more research to understand why the 18650 number is the cell size and not a physical finished product size. However, this was after receiving my first order, charging the batteries, and then finding they don't fit. It was disappointing and a waste of money. I had seen before I bought these that the flat top batteries are longer than the button top and if I had seen a note that the protected batteries are longer as well, I would have looked at the specs again. I just was not expecting to have to look at specs to purchase a battery for my headlight.
