Purchases of batteries/cells in quantities beyond the listed thresholds for free cases will be packed in bulk and include individual cell paper boxes. Color or style of case may vary.
Certain cells from Efest, IMREN, MXJO, etc come with a branded case and these products are exempt from this policy and will always come with a case if ordered in pairs. There is no case limit for these items.
Note: Offers of gratis items such as cases have no cash value and will not be replaced if missing, incorrect, or damaged. If cases are missing or damaged, please let us know and we can include extras for your next order. Cases may not be included for bulk cell purchases.
