Clearly, this is a learning curve. Even with the same part numbers on the side of batteries, There are 3 different lengths of batteries. From the IMR webpage, clicking on the "Datasheet" link comes up with the incorrect length for the 69mm battery. This sucks. Of course, I ordered the wrong part. And As stated on the website there is a "No Return" policy. I'm out $40.
I used a 18650 lithium cell till it's capacity was spent, and purchased a set of brand new ones with a higher capacity from here. Love them!!!

Averaging 20 discharge and charge cycles on 5 separate cells, I found these ncr18650B batteries to have 3.2755 Ah when charged to 4.200 volts and discharged using 500mAh for one hour.
I use a headlamp for my work - and in many cases the lamp will be burning at near full output ( 75% ) for 6 to 8 hours run time. The Chinese 18650 batteries that are standard with my lights are rated at 3,000mAh. What a joke. They heat up and last maybe 2 to 3 hours before the light drops to limp mode. I recently ordered two of these Panasonic 3350 mAh batteries and was ASTOUNDED by the difference in run time of the headlamp. I can work a full 8 hours with the light at near full output ( 75% ) the battery stays cool, and the lamp never drops to the low power mode. What a huge difference. They do take a long time to fully charge - so be patient.

Great batteries. I've had the opportunity to cycle through all 6 I bought multiple times now & every one of them has been great. Both in my vape & powering my TX16s Max radio as well as my FPV headset. All around great batteries, would recommend & definitely intend to buy again.

Scanning the internet for this battery and discovered iMR. This was my first purchase with them so I called ahead to confirm they were in operation (bad weather at the time). They were open, so I ordered these batteries with a charger. Everything arrived in a timely fashion and was adequately packed for shipping. Easy transaction. Well i was impressed but then a day into using them one of the batteries just wasnt holding charge for more than t min..so one was bad 3 were good .

The Panasonic NCR18650B is my go to battery for EDC flashlights. Being unprotected, they allow sufficient current so that my LED flashlights don't switch to a lower intensity LED setting. These batteries consistently deliver the full 3400 mAh, if desired. I recharge when about 70% discharged to extend battery life. Outstanding battery, the gold standard for this capacity cell.
tested 12. all were between 3298mAh and 3361mAh from 4.2v down to 3.0v. all got warm (about 35C) while charging at 680mA. nine are currently in my laptop and doing fine.
First time (but wont be the last) we have bought these from IMR. Our testing of many brands show these to be the highest capacity 18650 cells available. Thank You!
